Each week, a different theme will be explored through practice using Gentle Asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation. Themes will include:
· Chakras · Mantra · Marmas and Nadis · Dosha balancing · Cleansing techniques ¨ Powerful visualisation techniques.
Courses will run in 10 week blocks in May and September and you can join any time.
