Thanks for visiting my website. I offer Yoga, Ayurveda and Thai Yoga Massage. I also provide Astrology reports for individuals, friends and lovers. I mainly teach in North London. I also sell Yoga mats and belts. I have a mailing list so email me if you’d like to be kept updated on what’s going on. I also sell a wide range of good quality Astrological reports. They make great presents!!
Courses and Workshops in 2008
Yoga for Post Beginners. An 8 week course from April 28th 2008 (£80) (over 10 weeks excluding bank holidays) For people who have done a bit of Yoga before but either do not have the confidence to go to general classes or want to brush up on a structured course first.
Yoga: An Ayurvedic approach: 10 week courses in May and Sept 2008 at Yoga Junction. Improve your Yoga practice with simple Ayurvedic principles. Each week a different theme will be explored using Gentle asana, Pranayama, Mantra and Meditation.
Astrology: The Key to your Personal Constitution: Saturday 5th July 2008 at Yoga Junction A one day workshop which explores why we are what we are and why we do what we do. Find out how the universe expresses itself through you. Book early. Places limited. All levels welcome.
